How do I track my package?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24-48 business hours of shipment. 

During times of high package volume, shipping carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit.

When will my order ship?

Orders with Standard Shipping can take between 2-3 days to be processed and shipped.

Orders with Expedited Shipping methods placed before 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the same day, pending credit card verification. Expedited Orders placed after 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) will be processed and shipped the following business day. Expedited Orders placed on Friday after 10 AM PST (1 PM EST) will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays).

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories?

ALASKA & HAWAII:

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $7 and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States (Alaska + Hawaii) qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Orders are shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via the United States Postal Service (USPS) for a flat rate of $7. Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii generally takes 8-21 business days and are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

Expedited shipping is available in some areas of Alaska and Hawaii for $18 with an estimated delivery of 2-3 business days, once shipped. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Original shipping is non-refundable once shipped.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order before it ships?

While your order is still pending, you are able to cancel your order. From there, select the order you would like to cancel and choose "cancel order" in the top right hand side of your order details. Once your order begins processing, it is not able to be canceled.
